Asparagus with Crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the oil and vinegar, then mix in the garlic, shallots, parsley, and salt. Season to taste.
  2. Sauce chilled plates with the vinaigrette, fan out the asparagus, and garnish with the crabmeat.
